About the speaker
Tootie Burns is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a degree in Financial Planning.
Burns has worked as a mixed media artist for over 25 years, and has maintained studio space at Orr St. Studios since 2008.
Burns is past president of the North Village Arts District and currently serves as treasurer for the organization.
