Our evening begins with a ceremonial-grade cacao offering, rooted in the sacred traditions of Mesoamerican cultures. For centuries, cacao has been cherished as a heart-opening elixir, used to connect with the divine and nurture a sense of community. Honoring these ancient practices, we come together in gratitude to share this sacred beverage, setting our intentions and aligning with the transformative energies of the equinox.

ECSTATIC DANCE

Following the cacao ceremony, we’ll warm up with breath and movement practices before we transition into a vibrant ecstatic dance session. Ecstatic dance is a freeing journey of movement where the body takes over, allowing us to break free from the mind and fully embody the moment.
