We use specialized Tune up Rollers to work into myofascial tissue aiming to loosen tight shoulders, upper back, chest, arms, hands, feet, neck, and jaw.
What:
We have everything you need at the studio. Simply wear comfortable and thin clothing to get the most use out of our rolling practice. You might choose layers and non-slip textures to customize the experience as much as possible.
Why:
This form of self-care and exploration has many benefits. It stimulates feel-good chemicals in the body: dopamine, endorphins, and oxytocin. In this session, we’ll explore some of the biggest ticket areas for functional relaxation, progressive muscle release, and overall tension reduction.
In all our Relax & Roll courses you will create a stronger mind body connection through progressive breath and muscle relaxation. This practice can create more efficient and comfortable movement and posture. If all of those aren’t enough, you’ll walk away feeling deeply renewed after relieving tightness, stored stress, and muscle soreness from temporary or long-standing conditions.
