Join us for the inaugural iteration of Sacred Sensuality
Maria of Shapeshifts Coaching and Sarah Hoover of Sacred Journeys will host a multi-layered day retreat to celebrate the divine feminine as we co-create through safety, movement, sound, and embodied mindfulness.

Our practice will begin with an extended Sacral Sensual Movement Flow with Maria. Participants can expect to move through deep hip opening, sacred sensual flow, pelvic floor attunement, and kundalini awakening.
*This portion will have an optional invitation to practice topless however this is not a requirement. Class will take place in a low light candle-lit setting to allow maximum comfort.

After our sensual movement portion is complete we will move into our sacred circle and sound bath. Sarah will lead us through group hypnotic meditation, sharing, EFT, journaling and a rich sound bath to integrate our emotions and Sacred Sensuality
movement practice. We will focus on opening our brave and mythic heart to our own beauty and wisdom.

Bring your comfortable clothes for circle, journal, pen,
crystals, oils, tarot/oracle cards, a mug for hot tea and
anything else you need in order to feel supported.
