Join the State Historical Society of Missouri on February 17 for a panel discussion on the role of St. Louis-area Black nurse activists. Presented in partnership with the Black Nurses Association of Greater St. Louis, panelists will discuss the closing of Homer G. Phillips Hospital in the 1970s, the 2014 Ferguson protests, and modern efforts to improve Black maternal and infant mortality and morbidity. Online and free, registration required.
